Description

Recto: Fragment (lower right corner) of a letter in Judaeo-Arabic, likely from a patient to a physician (al-mawlā al-ṭ[abīb]) describing an illness (ḥakayt lak al-maraḍ...) and presumably asking for advice or a prescription. Verso: List of medical ingredients along with quantities, including three different kinds of seeds and the leaf of Syrian borage. Possibly the response from the physician to the patient.
