Letter from Simḥa ha-Kohen to his father-in-law Eliyyahu the Judge. He asks for a letter to be forwarded to Bilbays to Yosef b. Makārim; instructing someone (probably the same Yosef b. Makārim) to come to Alexandria to sell a house, or if this person cannot come in person, appointing an agent to sell it, because the court has held up the sale until word arrives from him;
