Description

Decree in Arabic script. The beginnings of 5 lines are preserved. Concerns an iqṭāʿ and dikes (jusūr), and irrigration. Mentions the overseer of the jusūr, and refers to "my dīwān" and orders regarding a "kashf" which are issued to the local amīr. Needs further examination. Reused at upper right and on recto for piyyuṭ.
