Description

State document, in Arabic script. A late Fatimid report The verso is probably annotations or reply to the report mentioning the caliphal ʿalāma: al-ʿalāma al-sharīfa al-nabawiyya. The main content of the petition seems to be about an ʿimāra (wa-yaḥtāṭ al-ʿimāra), the sender then seems to mention something about the cost/accounts (wa-yākhudh al-mawla bi-dafʿ al-ḥisābāt). The document ends with the raʾy claus: "al-ʾārā al-ʿāliyya zādahā allahu sharafan wa-yanfaʿu bihi".
