Description

Recto: Draft of a legal document in Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: after March 1066 CE. In which Maymūn b. Yaʿaqov, acting as agent for Moshe and Shelomo the sons of Avraham Ibn al-Lebdī, grants a quittance to Nissin b. Ḥalfon b. Benaya after receipt of the goods including the ledgers (dafātir) and steelyard (qaffān) which are the subject of the lawsuit in T-S 20.38 (PGPID 5930). Join: Alan Elbaum.
