Fragment from a legal deed, probably a bill of release granted by Zekharya. Written by Halfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi (fl. 1100–1138 CE). . In the same size and shape as T-S AS 219.130, but doesn't join (there are identical legal formulae in each fragment, which are not likely to be repeated in a single document).
