Description

Recto: Note in Judaeo-Arabic discussing the dream which God showed to the shaykh Abū l-Surūr and his wife. It seems that the writer asked somebody if it would come true, who said, "Go inform the shaykh and gladden him: God has made (his dream come) true (with) the survival of a male child... And inform him..." Verso: End of a letter in Judaeo-Arabic, likely in a different hand from recto. Thanking the addressee for his aid, due to which the sender was saved from a great misfortune.
