Berakhot) and the validation (qiyyum): תלתא כחדא דנוסחניה וקיומיה . . . עלוהי לעילא יוסף הכהן בר דויד ננ . . . בידיהון בסימנהון אשרנוהי. From the validation we learn that Yosef b. David ha-Kohen was a signatory on the original document.
