Accounts or register of some sort. In Arabic script. Interesting format: each text block corresponds to an individual who is named in the right column (e.g., Yasīr(?) b. Saʿīd, Yaḥyā b. Abī l-ʿIzz). Underneath the name, there are jottings, likely kutiba wa-thubita, or perhaps sums of money. Might be state-related or maybe a court notebook. Needs further examination.
