Description

Two fragments of a legal document in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe (1100–38). Dated 20 Av. Concerning a divorce, mentioning [...] the doctor b. Tam[īm] the elder and [Sitt] al-Sāda bat Ya[ḥyā] ha-Levi, known as 'son the Ḥijāziyya'. Mentions a ketubba and Abū l-ʿAlāʾ. Refers to the tearing up of the ketubba and the cancellation of the obligations in it. In the margin of verso refers to 'the old document.' Join: Oded Zinger. (Information in part from CUDL)
