Letter in Hebrew and Aramaic addressed to someone with the title Rosh Yeshiva (Aramaic: ריש מתיבתא), whose full name is missing along the paper tear. Late. Mentions Elʿazar Castro, Ḥabīb Ben-Lḥmīt(?), and Yehuda Mārjī. The recipient's honorifics probably continue into line two after the address: "ריש לאדוני טיבי מצרי". Requires further examination.
