الوصف

Part of a deed, in which Yefet b. Aharon confirms that he has received the sum of 8 3/4 dinars from persons, including Avraham and Dalāl children of Shelomo b. ʿEzra, and also from their mother Mubāraka, and perhaps also from their uncle Shemuel b. ʿEzra. Yefet is acting as the court appointed official (paqid) overseeing the estate of the late ʿĀliyya, and the sum he has received is an inheritance for her sisters Mulūk and Rayyisa, daughters of Faraj. Several witnesses to an earlier stage in these proceedings are mentioned, including Shelomo b. Saʿadya b. Ṣaghīr, Saʿīd b. ʿEli, Mubārak b. Ṣedaqa, Shelomo b. Musāfir, Yefet b. [...], and Saʿīd b.
