Letter to a Nagid, informing him of various matters in the community, and complaining about the general state of its decline. Mentions individuals such as ʿAbdallah and Yosef Ghunaym. Dating: ca. 13th–15th century. Complaining specifically about the decay of houses and shops belonging to the community, the cessation of adult classes in the synagogue, and many other details.
