الوصف

Long court record written and signed by Efrayim b. Shemarya (fl. 1007–1055 CE). Also signed by Moshe b. Efrayim and Yosef b. Zekharya. Ṣedaqa had claimed from Moshe b. Shemuel losses from a business partnership Ṣedaqa had delivered 205 dinars to ʿEli b. Shelomo Ibn al-Zayyān against receipts(?) which Moshe was supposed to produce. This was not done, Moshe received the money, and caused additional losses to Ṣedaqa by involving the government (ṭālabahū bi-yad al-dīwān). As witness: Shemuel b. Naḥum. The end is not preserved.
