الوصف

Bill of release from any claim granted by Netanʾel b. Yefet b. Meshullam Ibn Ḥirbish to Musāfir b. Shemuel in relation to the will of Musāfir’s father Shemuel who had died on a business trip. Netanʾel received the 350 dinars which his father left behind. The dying man had not made a proper will, but a rabbinical authority had decided to give the money to the son. In the handwriting of the scribe of Daniel b. ʿAzarya (active 1052–62 CE; compare with L-G Misc. 103). Same cluster: T-S 16.141 (PGPID 7413), T-S 20.105 (PGPID 7529), and ENA 4010.9 (PGPID 6785).
