الوصف

Deed of release (שטר אביזאר). Location: Damascus (on the rivers Amana and Parpar). The deed of release is between Yosef b. Nissi known as Karkabī (כרכבי), a merchant of Aleppo, and his nephews Mevorakh and Shelomo, the sons of the deceased Qayyim b. Nissi (the brother of Yosef). The date and names of witnesses are not preserved. On verso copious pen trials in both Hebrew and Arabic. (Information mainly from CUDL.)
