Letter to the Nagid Mevorakh (1079–1111 CE), it seems from the community of al-Maḥalla. Mentions Yosef al-Dimashqī, Ibn al-Mushaṭṭab(?), and Hillel (b. ʿEli) al-Ḥazzan al-Baghdādī.
