Letter or petition in Judaeo-Arabic and some Hebrew. The beginnings of ~9 lines are preserved. The addressee (רבאנו) is flattered and there is mention of his ancestors, including the name Yaʿaqov. The sender appears to be describing his distress in a foreign land and need for help. Not digitized.
