Bifolio containing piyyuṭ and scribal practice. One of the pages contains a brief petition-like note addressed to a woman (al-sitt al-jalīla) with a taqbīl and a request to send the writer a codex of Jeremiah: עבד חצרה אלסת אלגלילה אטאל אללה בקאהא ואדאם עזהא ונעמאהא וכבת חסדתהא ואעדאהא יקבל אלארץ בין ידי חצרתהא ויסל תפצלהא אן תוגהי לעבדך מצחף ירמיה.
