Letter in rhymed Hebrew addressed to the community of Jerusalem and their leader the judge Shemuʾel (הם אחינו יקירנו בעלי בריתנו הקהל הקדוש הדרים בירושלם תובב בראשם השר הנכבד הדיין המצויין הביא בכל עניין כר שמואל ישמרו האל ויחייהו ובימין עוזו יתמכהו . . . . ). Consisting entirely of blessings and greetings. Reused for pen trials on verso. Dating: no earlier than 13th century, may be significantly later.
