Recto: fragment from a legal document written in the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi, mentioning the son of Yaḥyā. Verso: Hebrew praises, including a reference to the 'throne of the gaonate', probably in honour of Maṣliaḥ Gaʾon. (Information from CUDL.)
