الوصف

A leaf from a court notebook. Recto: dated 1 Elul 1409 Seleucid = 1 August 1098 CE. For Ḥalfon b. Yeshuʿa known as Ibn al-Ṭārima(?), who wanted to reverse his purchase of half a house from his brother Elʿazar for the amount of 10 dinars. The financial arrangements take into account his brother's upcoming travel to al-Shām (Palestine or Damascus). Also mentions travel to upper Egypt (al-Ṣaʿīd). Not complete.
