Legal document. Begins with blessings upon the reigning caliph (al-Ẓāhir). May relate to an inheritance; discusses agricultural matters. Mentions units of land expressed in faddān as well as sugarcane fields (qaṣab). The document has been reused for a piyyūt related to the Tefīllat Geshem, the "Prayer for Rain" recited on Shemini ʿAṣeret.
