الوصف

Informal note (petition?) in Arabic script addressed to "al-Shaykh al-Rayyis al-Muwaffaq." There is a version of a raʾy clause (والراي ما يراه المولى). The sender says he is waiting for the addressee in the house and emphasizes on investigating or registering something "wa al-maṣlaḥa ithbāt hādhā al-ʾamr". Seems like the problem is the price of something and if that decreases, its demand will rise "idhā infasakha saʿruhu yaqʿa al-ṭamʿ". There is a tarjama in the right corner "al-mamlūk................. al-Nuʿmān". Needs further examination.
