Small strip of parchment with various notes. In the hand of Ḥalfon b. Menashshe ha-Levi. Recto may be for a memorial list: Aharon ha-Kohen, the late Eliyya, Shelomo and his son Daniʾel, and his sons Yoshiyya and Eliyya ha-Rofeʾ. Verso may be notes for a legal document: Sitt al-Sāda bt. Abū l-Bayān Merayot. "The one who identifies her" (al-muʿarrif bi-hā) is her maternal uncle, who may be the person on the next line (unless her uncle is named Bahāʾ and the next line is about a new person). On the next line: Abū l-Faḍl Mevorakh b. Natan ha-Neʾeman. Mevorakh is also titled ha-Neʾman and Ḥemdat ha-Qehilot. Written at 90 degrees in the margin: "54 and a half."
