الوصف

Dirge in the hand of Moshe b. Levi ha-Levi (d. 1212). The deceased does not appear to be named; he is referred to as ha-Rav ha-Muflaʾ, compared to Rav Ashi and Ravina among other superlative praises, and in the last line his death is compared to the death of Moshe and Aharon. It is written on a reused scrap of an Arabic state document (cf. T-S 10J17.3 (PGPID 30821) for a similar case). ASE
