Neatly written table of accounts in Arabic script. Quantities are given in the units amṭār (pl. of maṭar) and aqfiza (pl. of qafiz). There are three columns. The first lists the quantities. In the second each entry begins "balagha", and in the third each entry begins "al-thamn" and gives a price in dinars. It's not immediately clear what commodity or commodities are involved. Merits further examination. Reused on recto for Hebrew piyyuṭ.
