الوصف

Communal letter or less likely legal document in Judaeo-Arabic. Dating: Probably 12th or 13th century. Wide space between the lines. Seems to be about a woman who manumitted her female slave Hinda, and the document sternly warns that anyone who tries to re-enslave her will be cursed. Mentions the court in Bilbays. Needs further examination. Reused for accounts in Judaeo-Arabic and Greek/Coptic numerals on verso. ASE
