Verso: Order of payment in Arabic script. Dating: ca. 13th century. From Abū l-Riḍā to Burhān al-Dīn. Headed with the glyph-basmala, the total of money involved (nuqra: 8), and two Hebrew alefs and a qof (which may have been written later and may be irrelevant). The addressee is asked to do something with the 8 nuqra dirhams and mentions the physician (al-ḥakīm) Abū l-Faḍl b. Khalfa(?) and Abū ʿAlī. Needs further examination.
