الوصف

Fragment from the end of a legal document. Mentions [...] b. Menaḥem and Hillel b. Yeshuʿa and the phrase "four cubits of land" (used in powers of attorney but also other legal genres) and ending וקיים ונכון, a formula which appears in the digitized PGP transcriptions only in PER H 83 (PGPID 908), a legal document from Tyre in 1019 CE. The next word is difficult to read, and there is a signature underneath of Khalaf b. [...]. The honorific מרי (unusual in Egyptian documents) is also used in both documents.
