Very faded letter from the convert (or simply 'the foreigner') Yiṣḥaq b. Neḥemias (העבד הצעיר יצחק הגר בן נחמיאש צעיר התלמידים). In Hebrew. Dating: Uncertain, but likely medieval / classical Geniza period. The name Neḥemias is of Iberian origin but is Jewish, which makes it less likely that this man is a convert (information provided by Moshe Yagur). Maybe an appeal for charity. Needs examination, ideally with multispectral imaging.
