الوصف

Recto and verso might be two drafts of distinct petitions written in different hands. Recto: Mentions "the evil ones from among the Jews" (al-ashrār min al-Yahūd) (unless this is al-asrār/"the secrets") and mentions the petitioners (al-mamālīk) and Fustat. Verso: Similarly mentions the Jews, and a congregation praying, and the phrase "[al-Malik?] al-Kāmil qaddasa Allāh rūhah"; if this refers to the Ayyubid sultan, then this document dates to no earlier than 1238 CE.
