Recto: Note from Abū l-Barakāt (=Shelomo b. Eliyyahu?) to Abū l-Majd. Informing him that he sent three quires and hopes that there will be no negligence or error. Reads in part: اخوه ابو البركات يعلم الشيخ ابو المجد ادام الله سعادته اني قد انفذت له ثلثة كراريس وكتب(؟) ويشتهي من احسانه ان لا يكون ثم سهو ولا غلط ولا تخبط في الكراريس اصلا ويوم الجمعة ان شا الله . . . والسلام على . . . Verso: List of mainly materia medica along with amounts. Seems to be the same hand as recto.
