Refers to someone who "paid it" or "pushed someone out" (wa-dafaʿahū) "from the army camp" (min al-ʿaskar); then something to do with the addressee and the mint and a dirham ("[...] al-mawlā min dār al-ḍarb dirham"); then a request for further help ("wa-l-mamlūk yasʾal min iḥsān al-mawlā an yajʿalahā ʿalā sabīl al-ṣadaqa. . .").
