الوصف

Detailed accounts in Judaeo-Arabic. Late, 16th- or 17th-century based on the paleography. One entry: "al-mutaʾakhkhir ʿalā arbāb al-jawāmik..." The year is then given but is difficult to read, perhaps Jumada I [9]52 AH based on various headings (1545 CE). This dating seems feasible based on the paleography. A variety of locations are mentioned: diwan, eskala (docks of a port) and the name Yaʿacov Castro appears at least twice.
