Recto: Order of payment. Written mainly in Arabic script with Hebrew characters for the "emet" at the top, שצ after the name, and "ve-shalom" and the date. Abū l-Najm the parnas is asked to pay 5 dirhams to the bearer for something to do with Dār al-Burj. Written on the 8th of Sivan. Likely in the hand of Avraham Maimonides. On verso there is a fragment of an earlier document in Arabic.
