Probably a state document, but the specific genre and purpose are unclear. There are multiple distinct entries on both recto and verso, with a lot of wasted space in the margins. At the bottom of verso it appears to refer to the year 412 AH, which would be 1021/22 CE. Underneath that, mentions the amīr ʿAbdallāh the son of the amīr Ṣārim al-Dawla. A few lines above, reads, "mā taqaddama bihī al-khurūj... ilā Dīwān al-Aṣl...." Near the bottom of recto, mentions a Sicilian ([...] al-Ṣiqillī) and someone named Khuṭlukh al-[...]. Needs further examination.
