الوصف

Large sheet of paper covered with copious pen trials and jottings mainly in Hebrew and Judaeo-Arabic, with some Arabic script. There are several entries very similar to each other which all begin "qāʾima mubāraka in shāʾa Allāh taʿālā bi-mā yuqbaḍ wa-yuṣraf fī al-dīwān al-sharīf al-ʿālī dīwān thaghr al-Sakandarī al-maḥrūs...." These are dated 973/געץ AH = 1565/66 CE. They mention names including Avraham b. Ṣūr, Shelomo Ibn al-Ashqar (אלשקר), and Yehuda Castro. Needs further examination.
