الوصف
State document, possibly a decree fragment, two lines, with wide spacing. The second line reads as "was kutiba li-sitt khalawn min Shawwāl ʿaẓẓama-llāhu". Reused widely for Arabic script which mentions 'dīwān' several times and possibly the deposit of funds, maybe a fiscal account, or just scribal practice. May also contain fragmentary dates, but no year. Also reused for Hebrew script. Needs examination.
