الوصف

Ottoman-era legal document, in Arabic script. An acknowledgement. The banker/money exchanger (ṣārrāf) Mūsā al-Yahūdī gave back the possession of a caravanserai (wikāla) and paid its rent for the business of rice he had leased it for. It could also be that the wikāla was known as "buyūʿāt al-urz". The acknowledgement took place in the presence of Muslim notables. Needs examination.
