الوصف

Receipt in Arabic script, probably issued by a state institution. Dated: 27 [Ramaḍā]n 1249 AH with the month offered as an abbreviation (ن). The Dīwān al-Mudīriyya is mentioned in the opening lines and the Khazīnat al-Mudīriyya in the final lines. A state overseer is also referenced in the middle section, perhaps alongside Qalyūb but the final letter looks more like nūn. Requires further examination.
