Accounts in Judaeo-Arabic, possibly related to state finances based on the recurring mention of "stipends" "jamakiyya". Dated in multiple entries as 937–938 AH, which is approximately 1530–1532 CE. Alexandria and, possibly, the nearby coastal town of Abū Qīr are mentioned– but this may be a person's name based on the format of other entries. There may be a reference to an Ottoman tax farm (muqtʿa) on the verso, but the entry is badly damaged. Requires further examination. MCD.
