Lists in Judeo-Arabic that mention a wide array of "ağa / אגה" official titleholders and are dated to 18 Safar [12]43 AH or [11]43, but the exact century is omitted. The 11th and 12th Hijrī centuries can be inferred because the Ottoman qurush was not minted until 1690 CE (a silver coin mentioned in many entries). The heading furthest down on the verso mentions an individual by the name of Selim Ağa in connection with the commodity saffron. MCD.
