  4. honor, greatness, holiness, the wreath, the glory, our master and teacher,
  5. our lord Sa[m]uel the Great Nagid, Chief of the Dignitaries, Nagid of the
  6. Nagids, Master of Masters, Right-hand of the Government, Diadem of the Nesiut,
  7. may his glory be exalted and his greatness increase, whose collection was in the charge of
  8. his servant Abuʾl-Surūr b. Ṭarīf, (who) r(ests in) E(den), and the elder Abuʾ
  9. l-Maʿālī, (his) ho(nor) o(ur) ma(ster) and te(acher) Shemuʾel the precious elder, son of o(ur) te(acher)
  10. Yehudah the honored elder, (who) r(ests in) E(den)
  11.           in gold and waraq (silver coins) at the exchange rate of 40

  7. Remaining with the Elder Abū Manṣūr “The Designate” in Damietta,

  9. Transferred by Abuʾl-Surūr b. Ṭarīf, (who) r(ests in) E(den), to
  10. the trust of the Elder Abū Saʿd—55 dinars.
  11. Transferred by Muʿammar, “The Treasure of his Community,” to the seat of our lord, may he live forever, paid to the captives from Rum,
