الوصف

Drafts of a bill of divorce, not a ketubba as was previously listed in the PGP (compare with Moss. X,112 - PGPID 27210). Join: Matthew Dudley. Dated: 23 Tammuz 5605 AM = 28 July 1845 CE. Location: Cairo. Both the husband and wife are listed as residents of Cairo, but only part of the former's name is legible on the recto: Eliyyahu known as Lieto. Drafts of additional bill of divorce are visible on the verso, probably for the same couple: [...] known as Lieto b. Gabriel and Sitūt bt. Yaʿaqov. MCD.
