الوصف

Recto: Fragment of a letter in Arabic script. Five lines, well preserved. Written in an elevated register. May begin with a reference to the Torah (al-Tawrāt). Seems to be a letter of recommendation for somebody (وان يجريه على عادته في ذلك وذلك كرامة لي). Verso: Note probably in the hand of Avraham Maimonides. Ends with the legal phrase והכל שריר ובריר וקיים. There is also a list in Arabic script, naming various items (building expenses? e.g. nails and wood) and numbers. ASE
