الوصف

Deed of lease (hādhā mā istaʾjara...) of real estate. In Arabic script. The lessor is a woman named Sitt al-Nās (l. 3), maybe the daughter of Abū l-Husayn. The lessee may be named Abū ʿAbdallāh b. Futūḥ al-Khabbāz (l. 2). The rental is for half of a dār (ll. 4–5) in Fustat (l. 8). Dated: 555 AH = 1160 CE (4 lines from the bottom). On verso there are notes about rental payments received.
