State document. In Arabic script. Refers to iqṭāʿ throughout, at least four times. One of the mentions is probably referring to an iqṭāʿ in the benefit of the peasants (muzāriʿīn), or owned by them (iqṭāʿ li l-muzāriʿīn), and the reply sent to a dīwān (fī jawāb dīwān). Needs examination.
