Probably a petition addressed to al-Mansur ʿImād al-Dīn and various sums; several Hebrew and Aramaic words are written between the Arabic text, including jottings - needs examination. (info from FGP.) Dating: Ayyubid or Mamluk era. Starts with the cipher for the basmala. At least one letter (draft?) to a dignitary.
