الوصف
State document, probably. In Arabic script. Dated: 517 H. (This might also be a kharājī date.) The document has a basmala; a block of text ["... from the area known as Jerash(?)"] that ends with the date; a block that may specify a sum of money (min al-ʿayn...), and then an itemized list in which three entries are preserved, each starting with "receipt: 1) in the name of tax farmers (ḍumanā)..." (wuṣul: bism...). The name of the scribe or official who commissioned this record is perhaps Yūsuf b. Ibrāhīm, and he is a representative of a certain Diyār or Dīwān. The fractions indicate large sums of money that need full decipherment.
